Advocacy
CTE engages industry leaders and policymakers in honest conversations around practical steps toward a zero-emission future. CTE’s Legislative Agenda tackles the real-world barriers our members face when deploying zero-emission technologies. We work closely with our Leadership Circle members in particular to fold their experiences and expertise into our policy strategies.

Zero Emission Bus Conference
For over a decade, CTE has proudly organized the Zero Emission Bus Conference (ZEB Con), equipping transit, coach, and shuttle bus managers with the necessary tools to electrify their fleets. From initial community advocacy to electrifying a full depot and managing ongoing ZEB operations, conference content spans the entire journey to zero-emission.
