Background and Award Information

The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) has announced the state’s Charge Ahead Colorado Grant will open for a new round of funding on September 15, 2025, for applications through the program’s standard and Multifamily Housing (MFH) Portfolio Lane. The Charge Ahead grant program offers funding for electric vehicle (EV) charging statewide for community, multifamily housing, workplace, or other publicly available EV charging.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants include any public, private, or non-profit entities, with the program offering up to $250,000 in funding per applicant via the standard application, and up to $500,000 via MFH.
