Background and Award Information

The Efficiency Maine Trust has issued an RFP seeking qualified bidders to install and operate public Level 3 fast chargers or Level 2 chargers for EVs in select Maine locations. This RFP is a continuation of earlier solicitations (“Phase 4 Round 2”) and prioritizes areas that have not been commissioned. Available funding for this effort includes approximately $4 million of Maine Jobs and Recovery Plan funds for capital and battery incentives and approximately $3.5 million of New England Clean Energy Connect funds for demand charge incentives.
