Background and Award Information

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) has announced that the Vehicle-To-Everything Program is now open to applications. This new program will enable communities to explore the new grid-stabilization technology of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) by providing awardees with a bi-directional charger and installation at their location free of charge. The program will also enroll eligible participants in utility programs which may provide additional compensation.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants include residential, commercial, and school districts who own or are in the process of purchasing an EV capable of bi-directional charging.

Important Dates

School district applications will be open through May 30, 2025, and residential and commercial applications will be open through July 31, 2025.
