Background and Award Information

The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services has issued an RFP for its Granite State Clean Fleets (GSCF) program. GSCF is a competitive grant program offering partial reimbursement for projects that reduce transportation-related emissions. Approximately $7.5 million in funding is available.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants include New Hampshire government entities such as municipalities, state agencies, public school districts, public community colleges/universities, and transit agencies.

Important Dates

Applications will be accepted on a rolling monthly basis until all available funding has been obligated, or until March 30, 2026, whichever occurs first.
