Background and Award Information

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has announced the availability of $12 million in funds for Grid Enhancing Technologies. NYSERDA seeks technologies that improve the performance of the electric power delivery system as it evolves with increasing renewable penetration as well as projects that help establish a pathway for products and services to gain market entry by addressing existing technical and economic barriers.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible projects include research studies, product development, and demonstration projects that improve the resiliency, reliability and overall performance of the power grid.
