Background and Award Information

The Port of Los Angeles has released an RFP for three years of grant management services in support of its Sustainable Equipment Adoption: Community, Harbor, and Neighborhood Growth & Empowerment (SEA-CHANGE) project, which is funded in part by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Clean Ports Program grant. The consultant will support the Harbor Department’s Environmental Management Division staff in managing the grant award, including coordinating with terminal partners, supporting subcontracting and invoicing, developing reports, and managing meetings. The Harbor Department’s grant contract includes $1 million for contracted administrative support.
