Background and Award Information

The Port of Stockton has issued a request for proposals for a qualified firm to perform Calendar Year 2024, 2026 and 2028 Air Emissions Inventories for the Port, quantifying emissions from ocean-going vessels, harbor craft & towboats, cargo handling equipment, heavy-duty vehicles, locomotives, port-owned light duty vehicles, and greenhouse gas emissions from stationary sources.
