Background and Award Information

The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD) have announced the availability of $50 million in rebates for battery-electric Class 4 and 5 vehicles domiciled in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Bernardino county. Rebates are capped at $67,000 per vehicle. Eligible applicants include fleet owners and operators using medium-duty commercial vehicles for last mile freight.
