Background and Award Information

The South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) has announced the opening of its Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program. Any owner of an eligible heavy-duty on-road or off-road project that operates at least 75% of the time within AQMD boundaries is eligible to apply. Approximately $43.3 million in funding is available, including AB 923 match funds. Funding is limited by cost-effectiveness per vehicle based on emission reductions.

Eligible Applicants

The project must not be required by any federal, state or local rule or regulation and must be in compliance with California Air Resources Board regulations.
