Approximately $8 million in Diesel Emissions Mitigation Grant Program funding is available to replace, repower, or retrofit diesel vehicles and equipment with zero-emission alternatives.

Eligible Applicants

Oregon businesses, organizations, local governments, and individuals with medium- and heavy-duty diesel fleets.

Important Dates

A webinar for the program is scheduled for 3 PM PDT June 18, 2025.

Applications are due August 15, 2025.

DEQ expects to announce the availability of approximately $17 million in additional funding for the ZERO Fleet Program in the near future.
