Approximately $3 million in Oregon Zero Emissions Fueling Grant funding is available to develop plans and install public or private charging infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicle fleets. Eligible applicants include public, private, and tribal entities within Oregon.

Oregon businesses, organizations, local governments, and individuals with medium- and heavy-duty diesel fleets.

Important Dates

A webinar for the program is scheduled for 3 PM PDT June 18, 2025.

Applications are due August 15, 2025.

DEQ expects to announce the availability of approximately $17 million in additional funding for the ZERO Fleet Program in the near future.
