Background and Award Information

The Ventura County Air Pollution Control District is currently accepting applications for its 2025 Combined Incentive Program. Eligible projects include replacing mobile agricultural equipment, repowering marine vessels, installing battery charging or alternative fueling stations, and replacing off-road equipment, school buses, and heavy-duty trucks. At least 75% of funded equipment’s operation must be in Ventura County throughout the grant period.
