Background and Award Information

The Washington Department of Commerce has issued a Request for Proposals for contractors to perform clean energy feasibility studies and to provide technical assistance for solar power and/or battery storage options to entities selected for assistance through the Clean Energy Grants and Tribal Clean Energy Grants Requests for Applications. A total of $500,000 is budgeted for this work.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants must be licensed or commit to becoming licensed to do business in Washington.

Questions are due October 30, 2025. Proposals are due November 10, 2025.
