Background and Award Information

The Washington Department of Commerce has issued a Request for Applications for a total of $19.4 million in funding for projects that will install Level 2 and/or Level 3 electric vehicle charging within the state of Washington.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants include public agencies that are not currently receiving funding from the Department of Enterprise Services (DES), federally recognized Indian tribes, utilities, non-profits, and private entities.

Important Dates

Pre-application conferences will be held October 21 and November 4, 2025. Applications are due December 18, 2025.
