Background and Award Information

CEO has announced the next round of the state’s Fleet Zero-Emission Resource Opportunity (Fleet-ZERO) grant program will open for applications on September 15, 2025. Fleet-ZERO offers funding to support the charging needs of fleet owners and operators seeking to electrify their vehicles, as well as third-party providers intending to offer public charging and EV charging-as-a-service to fleets. The program will award up to $500,000 per applicant.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants include businesses, fleet charging providers, government and public institutions, independent contractors, non-profit organizations, schools, transit agencies, and tribal governments and entities.

Applications are due October 17, 2025.
