Background and Award Information

Feather River Air Quality Management District is accepting applications for approximately $400,000 in funding for AB 2766 and AB 923 eligible projects. Eligible projects include those that will reduce air pollution from motor vehicles or support the District’s planning, monitoring, or enforcement programs, school bus retrofit and replacements projects, and technical studies necessary to implement the California Clean Air Act. Projects are subject to either the Lower Emission School Bus or Carl Moyer 2024 Guidelines.

A public workshop will be hosted on September 30, 2025 and applications are due October 17, 2025.
