First Public Hydrogen Authority has issued a request for proposals for transportation and delivery services for liquid and/or gaseous hydrogen from designated production facilities to offtaker locations throughout California. Respondents must be able to comply with requirements specific to federally-funded offtakers.

Requests for clarification or additional information are due September 3, 2025. Proposals are due September 12, 2025.
