Background and Award Information

The Bay Area Air District has announced the upcoming availability of more than $20 million in voucher incentive funding to replace light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks with zero-emission equivalents within the San Francisco Bay Area. Funding will be available for up to $240,000 for light- and medium-heavy duty trucks and up to $520,000 for heavy-duty trucks based on the engine model year, past usage and the current odometer of the old truck. Participants must work with an approved Bay Area dealership listed on the Air District website.
