Background and Award Information

The California Air Resources Board Innovative Small E-Fleet (ISEF) Pilot Project will reopen October 21, 2025. Approximately $30 million in funding is available to small fleets with 20 or fewer vehicles and less than $15 million in annual revenue to support access to zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles via flexible leases, short-term rentals, vehicles-as-a-service, subscription services, or other mechanisms such as owner planning assistance.
