Background and Award Information

The California Air Resources Board is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to measure particulate matter and gaseous brake-wear emissions for California fleet representative vehicles, characterize the reduction of emissions for zero-emission vehicles compared to conventional technology vehicles, and characterize emission factors, chemical composition, and toxicological effects.
