The California Energy Commission is seeking a Prime Contractor to lead a team of professional architectural and engineering consultants to provide technical support for the California Energy Code compliance evaluation program, as well as additional studies and the implementation of improvements to existing compliance processes.

A pre-bid meeting will be held May 19, 2026 and qualifications are due July 14, 2026.
