The City of Bartow, Florida is seeking proposals from firms or organizations for sustainable business models and partnership opportunities with third-party electric vehicle supply equipment providers who will install, operate, maintain, and own publicly accessible electric vehicle charging stations on City property at low or no cost to the city.
