The City of Corona is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study that evaluates the technical, operational, regulatory, and economic viability of battery energy storage system (BESS) deployment and provides recommendations to support the City’s decision on whether to proceed with further development, procurement, and implementation.

Mandatory pre-proposal meeting October 15, 2026.

Proposals are due November 19, 2026.
