Background and Award Information

The City of Glendale is requesting proposals to develop an initial Climate Action Plan to guide the City's efforts to address climate change and its impacts. Consultants will work with the City to benchmark greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, establish GHG reduction targets, and develop initiatives and policies that enable the City to meet those targets using current best practices and transparent methodologies.
