The City of Saint Paul is seeking qualified technical consultants to provide planning and design services for the Oxford Community Center Microgrid Project. The selected consultant will support the development of a community microgrid designed to improve energy resilience, reliability, and sustainability for the Oxford Community Center through engineering, planning, and design services.
