Background and Award Information

The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified vendors or vendor teams to support the purchase and operation of publicly accessible Level 2 and DC fast charging stations at four pilot locations across the city. The project includes EV charging hardware, charging station management software, payment processing, network services, and customer support. The pilot is funded through multiple state and utility grant programs and is intended to expand reliable public charging while establishing a scalable model for future City-owned charging infrastructure.
