Background and Award Information

The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) has opened the Spring 2026 application round for the Fleet Zero-Emission Resource Opportunity (Fleet-ZERO) program, which provides competitive grant funding for electric vehicle charging infrastructure supporting the transition of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty on- and off-road fleet vehicles and equipment to zero-emission technologies. Funding is available statewide for private depot charging, shared, public, and semi-public fleet charging, as well as fleet charging-as-a-service projects. The program prioritizes investments in disproportionately impacted communities and offers enhanced incentives for eligible qualifying entities.
