Background and Award Information

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is offering approximately $5 million through the Climate-Smart Food Systems (CSFS) Equipment and Vehicle Replacement Grant to help organizations replace gasoline- or diesel-powered vehicles and equipment used in the food system with zero-emission alternatives. Eligible projects may include electric or hydrogen-powered vehicles and related charging infrastructure. Eligible applicants include public entities, private companies, nonprofits, Tribal governments, and individuals operating qualifying equipment in Minnesota.
