Background and Award Information

Dane County’s Office of Energy & Climate Change is accepting proposals from organizations interested in hosting public EV charging stations as part of the Charge Up Dane County initiative. The program is funded through a $13.2 million federal Charging and Fueling Infrastructure grant and aims to install charging stations at up to 60–70 locations across the county, focusing on areas where residents lack access to private charging, including multi-family housing and rural communities.
