Background and Award Information

The VPA is seeking proposals for two electric mobile harbor cranes as part of the EPA Clean Ports Program. Cranes must operate with no tailpipe emissions and adhere to Federal EPA emissions standard and Build America, Buy America requirements.

Important Dates

Questions are due March 23, 2026 and proposals are due April 8, 2026.
