Background and Award Information

The Virginia Port Authority is seeking proposals for environmental engineering on-call services, including the support of the Port’s environmental program and decarbonization efforts, providing subject matter expertise to align the Port’s initiatives and outreach activities with Virginia requirements and local community expectations, and provide full service engineering and design for port and marine projects. The term of the contract is for one year with the option to renew for up to four years.
