Background and Award Information

First Public Hydrogen Authority (FPH2) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide transportation and delivery services and/or the rental or leasing of equipment for hydrogen fuel from producer/supplier sites to designated delivery locations for various buyers. Services may include the supply of equipment such as tube trailers, hydrogen tankers, storage tanks, related dispensing equipment, or mobile refuelers on a rental or lease basis. FPH2 intends to contract with multiple Proposers who will be included on a qualified vendor list.
