Background and Award Information

The City of Fresno is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and experienced firms to provide independent, third-party financial and technical evaluation services related to proposed energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements at multiple City-owned facilities. The selected consultant will support the City’s due diligence process by performing a comprehensive review of solar photovoltaic system vendor proposals currently under consideration.
