Background and Award Information

Mountain State Educational Services Cooperative (ESC) is seeking qualified vendors to provide EV charging equipment, related installation services, and grant writing support for participating educational and public-sector entities. The resulting contract will provide access to Level 2 and DC fast charging equipment, portable charging platforms, network services, and grant application assistance to support electric vehicle and electric school bus charging projects. The solicitation is expected to result in IDIQ cooperative contracts that ESC members may utilize for future EV infrastructure deployments.
