Background and Award Information

The New Mexico Energy, Mineral and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), through its Energy Conservation and Management Division (ECAM), invites concept papers for projects that advance energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy storage, and interconnection infrastructure. $20 million in competitive grant funding is available through this solicitation. Priority will be given to projects that demonstrate long-term value, align with state policy, meet Community Benefits Fund criteria, and make efficient use of public dollars.
