Background and Award Information

NCDOT is seeking applicants for the second NEVI RFP round for the deployment of DC fast charging infrastructure across the state. This RFP provides funding for updates to the existing EVSE stations and construction of new charging stations. Stations must be sited along designated federal Alternative Fuel Corridors. Eligible applicants include businesses, privately owned electric utilities, non-profit organizations, governmental and municipal entities, and electric membership cooperative utilities.
