Background and Award Information

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is soliciting proposals for projects that increase public and stakeholder awareness of electric vehicles and EV charging infrastructure. Funded activities are intended to reduce barriers to EV adoption by providing experiential learning opportunities such as EV test drives, charging demonstrations, and targeted education for key enablers including fleet managers, municipalities, utilities, educators, and first responders.

Projects may be national in scope or focused on underserved regions and communities. Funding is available to both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, with higher contribution limits for not-for-profit applicants.
