Background and Award Information

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is accepting applications from non-profits interested in becoming third party Community Climate Investment entities who will invest Community Climate Investment funds in projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Oregon's environmental justice communities. 15% of funds used must benefit federally recognized Tribes and Tribal communities in Oregon.

Important Dates

A pre-application meeting will be held February 11, 2026.

Questions are due February 27, 2026.

Applications are due March 20, 2026.
