Background and Award Information

The Oregon Department of Transportation has announced the availability of $2.5 million for projects that shift vehicles to more efficient fuels or technologies, improve or encourage non-driving options, invest in or expand technology that makes the transportation system more efficient, or manage demand on the transportation system. Eligible applicants include counties, cities, Tribal governments, and local transportation agencies representing urban and rural areas with populations under 50,000 that are not located within a census defined urbanized area.
