Pasadena Area Community College District is seeking proposals to enter into an agreement for a qualified contractor operating under an applicable California statewide or cooperative master service agreement to provide turnkey design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance, and closeout services for campus energy and transportation electrification infrastructure.
