Background and Award Information

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has opened Round 2 of its National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Community Charging Program for Western Pennsylvania. The program is part of Pennsylvania's approximately $100 million NEVI allocation and provides competitive funding to support the deployment of publicly accessible electric vehicle charging infrastructure beyond designated highway corridors. Eligible applicants include site hosts, charging developers, local governments, businesses, and other organizations capable of deploying and operating EV charging infrastructure.
