Background and Award Information

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking a tenant to enter into a minimum $413,230 annual rent agreement for land located at East “I” Street and Alameda Street in Wilmington and develop, operate, and maintain a truck drayage charging depot at that location. This is not a grant funding opportunity, but the Harbor Department expects to be able to contribute up to $3 million in reimbursement funding to construct zero-emission infrastructure at the site.
