Background and Award Information

The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested parties to be evaluated and shortlisted for future Requests for Proposals related to the design, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program. Eligible projects include work along Vermont's designated Alternative Fuel Corridors and community locations beyond highway corridors. Inclusion on the VTrans shortlist does not guarantee an award of work, but it allows qualified firms to participate in subsequent RFP phases. Firms already shortlisted under previous statewide NEVI RFQs do not need to reapply. No payment is provided for time or costs incurred in preparing an SOQ response.
