Background and Award Information

SamTrans is soliciting quotations to provide new electrical infrastructure to support six pedestal-mounted NEMA 14-50R EV charging receptacles for SamTrans non-revenue fleet vehicles at Building 100. The work includes demolition of existing electrical components, trenching, installing new conduits, feeders, concrete pads, custom dual pedestals, six receptacles, and fixed bollards. Electrical room upgrades on the 2nd floor include installation of a new 150A breaker in MDP1, a new 50KVA single-phase transformer (TX-EV), and a new 240/120V panel board (P4).
