Background and Award Information

The South Coast AQMD has announced the availability of $35 million in funding for projects that advance the use of hydrogen through hydrogen production with offtake pathways, on-site production, technologies that reduce hydrogen losses to boil-off, improving storage functionality, hydrogen distribution, delivery and dispensing systems, expanding applications for fuel cell powertrains and equipment, and studies that quantify associated air quality and community benefits.
