Background and Award Information

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its Transportation Equity Needs and Barriers Assessment, a statewide initiative focused on identifying transportation challenges and clean mobility priorities in burdened communities across Massachusetts. The selected consultant or consultant team will lead stakeholder engagement, data collection, and analysis efforts in partnership with community-based organizations to help inform future equity-focused clean transportation programming. MassCEC will allocate up to $300,000 through this RFP, including funding for consultant services and community partner compensation.
