Background and Award Information

The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, through its Mobile Sources Team, has announced that approximately $640,000 in available funding remains from the New Hampshire Clean Diesel Program. Funds are available to replace older on-road and off-road diesel vehicles, equipment, and engines with newer, cleaner alternatives, and to install idle reduction technology. Public, private, and nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply. The program reimburses up to 60% of eligible project costs and operates as a reimbursement program.

Important Dates

Applications are accepted on a rolling monthly basis, with due dates on the 20th of each month. The next application due date is October 20, 2026.
