The Virginia Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified offerers to design, produce, deliver, install, and commission battery buffer electric vehicle charging systems. Offerors must provide clear evidence of compliance with the EPA Clean Ports Program and Buy America, Build America requirements and all related conditions of the grant.
