Background and Award Information

The Virginia Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified offerers for up to 16 new battery-electric medium duty and up to 4 new battery-electric heavy duty forklifts. Proposals must include information demonstrating that the forklifts are zero-emission and compliant with the EPA Clean Ports Program. Proposers should also identify compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act, where applicable.
